I need to know how to wake up the pokemon blocking route 12 I think. If you can help me that would be great!Thanks.

well, pokemastir7, first of all, I need to say, all pokemasters know how to wake up snorlax, but I will tell you.
Anyway: once you have the silph scope (I won`t tell you that here, I don't want to turn it into part of a walkthrough!),
Once you have the silph scope, go to Lavender Town and into the Pokemon Tower, save mr fuji, and get the pokeflute, and the pokeflute not only wakes up pokemon in battle, it can wake up snorlax out of battle, just walk right into him and use the pokeflute!

You have to first beat the people in Celadon Game corner and you should get a silph scope from Giovanni.
Then go to Pokemon Tower in Lavendar City and go all the way through it to the other side.
Go to stairs and you will battle a marowak.
Defeat and go down the stairs. Defeat team rocket and you should get a poke flute from Mr. Fugi.
Use the flute to wake it up.
