Ok... when you get to Ecrutreak city, don't go to the Burned Tower.

Wait till you get a Master Ball after beating Claire in Blackthorn and when you get the dragon fang.

When you get out, you'll get a phone call from Prof. Elm. Go there and get the Master Ball. Then, do the duplicating trick (if you don't know, it's on the page somewhere) and make sure that the pokemon is holding the master ball. Do it three times, then go to the Burned tower.

Find the three, then exit. It's not accurate, but someone said (i think it's on the page) you might find it the first time:

Suicune: Near Mt. Motar

Raikou and Entei: One is in Route 38, the other is in 48. I didn't really know.
