For your stater pokemon a Cyndaquil and then catch a pidgey and keep cathing pokemon and train them all but mostly concerntrate on trainig your pidgey and cyndaquil.

Then they will evolve around level 16.Quilava will evolve at level 32 and pidgeotto at level 36.Those two are really good beacause fire strong against a lot of pokemon types and flying is strong against a lot of pokemon types also.

And when they are both at about level 50 you can probably beat the elite 5.

Also you can't get a Celelbii on any game so far you can't even get him on crystal.

The only way to get a celebii is by gameshark or pokemon rep.
