So this is how you duplicate:first you let a Pokemon hold an item(like rare candy)and go to your pc.now what you do is to store your Pokemon in the box that is empty.now you you switch your box and when it tells you to save,when the saving thing says:saving do not turn off the power and hen you turn the gameboy off.when you turn it back on,you should be at the computer when you turn on the computer you should see two Pokemon and they are holding a item you made them hold.when I did that it worked.this also works on sliver and gold. WARNING!!

However sometimes this hint does not work so you better try it correctly or else you wont get the item and the Pokemon get sent back to you
