Ok, to get a rainbow pikachu go to your gameshark and put down you want a pikachu then chose what color.

Ps: color choosing is on there either it came with it or you have to find the code. Then but shiny down if you want. Trust me you do.

Then monkeys will come put down all colors then go cacth one. Pss: The probobility of this working is 87.4% so you might have to try again.
