How to get Ho-oh
Added:
1. Obtain the Rainbow Wing
2. Get all the legendary dogs Entei, Raikou, and Suicune
3. Fly to Ecruteak City go to the Tin Tower
4. There will be a guy and I think he asks to see the wing or something like that after you show him he'll say ok
5.Climb up the tower to the roof and then "save game" and then catch I sugest lots of Ultra Balls & Great Balls or if you have a game shark you can use a code to buy Master Balls for free (teehee) catch him and PRESTO!!! Thats how you get Ho-oh
