Cheat for Pokemon Blue

If you can't catch a Safari zone pokemon what you do is go to safari zone and play.Then try to go to every zone you can try to catch pokemon if you like cos it don't matter.

Then fly to Cinnibar Island and surf on the right side half on land half off on the coast and keep surfing up and down and soon you will find pokemon from the safari zone .....

NOTE: you can also do this for anywhere else
