If you want to get 99 of any item follow these instructions.

1.go to Viridian city.

2.talk to the guy that shows you how to catch pokemon.

3.fly to Cinnabar iland.

4.surf on the mud on the right side.

5.put an item on the sixth spot

6.fight a missingno.
