Avoid the temptation of using the teleportation option for vehicles as a quick form of movement to the store. The teleportaton option is meant to be a way to recover vehicles that have been overturned or are unable to move for whatever reason. When you use the teleportaion option and the vehicle is teleported any resources inside it like seeds, harvest, or fuel will be lost.

When you decide to expand your farming business don't just go out and buy the biggest plot if land possible. Before you make a decision you need to make sure you evaluate what you intend to buy by investigating the property in person as there are certain things you need to keep an eye out that could cause problems, these include uneven terrain, the placement of rocks and trees, and is the plot big enough space by the fields to eventually place side buildings.

If you allow weeds to fester they will become a problem when you try to cultivate your crops as they will reduce crop yeild by at least 20% which gives you less profit. It is essential therefore to maximize your crops that you remove the weeds in their first stages of growth. If you have not yet sown the field you can remove the weeds prematurely by cultivating or plowing the field, if you have crops already growing in the field you will have no other option bu to use a sprayer or weeder to get rid of them.

Puchasing vehicles and machinery is costly but there is a more affordable alternative in the form of leasing. When you lease you will be required to pay a base fee and then a smaller operating fee which will be based on how often you use the vehicle or machine. Early in the game when you have a limited means of income leasing is ideal to reduce the financial burden for vehicles and machinery you will occasionally use but if it is something you plan to constantly use it is more cost effective to buy it.
