Go on shop, then there will be a tab for build, click on that and then on the left hand side there will be a picture of a door.
Click on that and you can only select the colour that shows.

Go to "Build" In the shop, there is a tab with a list of things you can buy (Doors, windows etc)
You have to buy them in a colour, you can't change it
