Occasionally players may purchase game packs using real cash and not receive it immediately in game. If this happens, please try the following steps.:
1. Close the app completely or clear the game cache / data.
2. Wait for 24 hours.
3. If you still haven't received your purchase, please contact Playtika Slotomania Support Team at: https://playtikaprod.service-now.com/slotomania_support_multi.do with the detailed description of your issue for them to investigate your matter as quickly as possible.

Remember to write down your name and Email Address and attach a copy of your purchase order receipt so they can investigate the problem for you.

Note: A purchase order receipt is an email received from your app store and has information such as your order ID, amount paid, date and what you purchased.
