My experience has been that blocks of a same color will add up to release the butterfly of the same color. And the more blocks you click at the same time will build up faster to the release of the butterly. I always concentrate on the color blocks of the top butterfly since you can lose them if you don't get them released before they fall off.

I don't have an answer, but I want you to know I feel your pain. All the extra points on the regular level came from moves left that were worth 1000 points each. I got all three stats then

Need help getting past level 25 for my Pokemon, did I miss some level cap?

Is your flash player plugin update?
If so. Check the activx filtering setting or maybe..other security setting that wont let you play the game.
If you see the game opening picture..and it only stuck at the begining and wont load.right click.>setting> change storage to unlimited.
