To get the Learning To Listen achievement/trophy you must collect an audio log. Your first opportunity to do this is in the first mission. To begin with you need to move a set of stairs so you can pass through a door. Once you manage to get through the door you need to head upstairs to a canteen where you will find the audio log floating in front of the door on the opposite side from where you entered. Walk over and collect the audio log to get the achievement/trophy.

To get The First Of Many Courses achievement/trophy you need to collect a piece of scanable information. The first opportunity you get will be when you leave the starting building, directly in front of you there will be a satellite dish sticking out of the sand. Simply scan it to get The First Of Many Courses Achievement/Trophy.

To get The Aquanaut achievement/trophy you need to collect two yellow rubber ducks in Chapter 6 (Tombaugh Facility). You will be able to do this about halfway through the chapter when you enter a flooded theater area and then go through a central corridor. On the right side of the flooded hallway is a tube which if you move the ASE through it will push the first rubber duck out.

The second rubber duck can be collected after you have solved the small electric puzzle in the water (the code is 8662). Solving the puzzle will push the empty canister back so you can use it to jump out. If you now turn left and head back through the previous room and take a door on the left side into a flooded hallway that leads to a flooded room you will be able to collect the second duck.
