Android, iPhone/iPad
Last Updated: by Dennis

Cyber Hunter is a sci-fi open-world battle royale set in a cyberpunk backdrop. Gameplay is similar to Fortnite except you won't spend your time building huge structures or hitting rocks with a pickaxe for resources as there is only one resource and that is Quantum Energy, which you use to build everything. Any vertical surface in the Cyber Hunter world is climbable and you will also be able to glide down from high up. Other gameplay elements include survival, shooting, and exploring. Check out our Cyber Hunter cheats and tips to find out how you can survive longer in this dangerous world.

Cheats, Tips and Strategy

Below is a collection of hints and tips that will help you in the game. These include getting extra V-Coins and EXP and using the droid skills.

Adjust

Although Cyber Hunter will appear familiar if you have played Fortnite or PUBG it is advised that you first play a few rounds against bots so you give yourself the opportunity to learn the features that are different such as climbing, gliding, and building stuff with Quantum Energy.

Strategy

The rules in Cyber Hunter are basically the same as most other battle royale games of the genre so the tried and true strategies that work in those other games will also work in this one. You will still need to avoid the deadly storm that is progressively shrinking the safe zone and you will still be battling it out against 99 other players, and still looting stuff.

Extra V-Coins and EXP

Before you start playing Cyber Hunter check the 'Inventory' screen to check if you have any Financial or Growth Cards in your possession. Activate both of them so you can earn extra V-Coins and EXP for the next 24-hours of personal playtime. These boosters provide you with more currency to purchase the Elite Supply Chests and the EXP is needed to level up your player.

Training Mode

There are plenty of weapons to choose from in Cyber Hunter, these include SMGs, ARs, Shotguns, Heavy Weapons, and Sniper Rifles. To find the ones that you feel comfortable with and are best suited for your play style it is recommended that you first play the game in the Training mode. This feature is accessed by tapping the icon above the start button. In the Training mode you you will be able to practice with all the weapons in the Armoury and test the various different scopes and attachments that are available for them.

Complete Daily Missions

During your daily playthroughs focus on completing the full list of Daily Missions, don't log off the game until you have been rewarded with a Legendary and Elite Activeness Crate. Also make sure you claim your daily Sign-in Reward by tapping on the golden gift box a the top of the main menu screen.

Mini-Map

Make sure you are always paying attention to the mini-map and the red spots as these indicate the direction an enemy shot was fired from. If you cannot get a visual on the whereabouts of the enemy you need to ensure you keep moving and combat rolling so you are not an easy target.

First Weapons Quickly

Before making your descent pinpoint a location that has a couple of houses and other landmarks nearby. Doing so will mean you are more likely to find weapons and equipment faster. It is advised that you avoid choosing a landing spot that is too close to the edge of the safe area as you will have to forced to move quickly when the circle begins to close in.

Movement Skills

Remember when avoiding danger to take advantage of the movement skills you have available in Cyber Hunter. These include being able to glide off buildings and mountains, dodge away from gunfire, and climb any surface in the game. These movement skills can also be used to sneak up on opponents.

Droid Skills

Tapping the 'Droid Skill' button at the bottom of the screen next to the weapon slots will enable you to use the droid skills to build a structure or vehicle or game object using the Quantum Cube. Use the droid skills to put up a shield if you are being targeted by the enemy or if the safe zone is far and you need to reach it quickly use them to quickly craft the bike. All the available droid skills will be unlocked once you have reached level 28.

EXP (Experience Points)

EXP are earned after every round in the battle arena. The more kills and the higher your rank, the more EXP you will recieve. Gaining EXP will enable you to level up your character and unlock the different droid skills.

Opening Elite Supply Chests

To save some virtual currency it is advised that you open 10 Elite Supply Chests at once as doing so will save you 10% on the price which basically means you will be getting a chest for free.

We hope these tips help you out in the game, we also have a Questions & Answers page Cyber Hunter where you can submit your own questions for other players to answer.
