These features will become available options when you beat the game in Normal Story mode twice.
When you have completed the game in Hard mode you will be able to view ALL the still images and character concepts without text. Not ALL the pictures will be immediately accessible. These will become available when you complete the game again using other characters.
When you complete the game once in Normal mode Shoten will become an available option at the 'Character' select screen.
