Your objective is to clear all the jelly in 60 moves. This can be accomplished by avoiding the bubble gum bombs until later in the level and instead focus on activating the center columns and rows above and below the bubble gum machines. If you make a couple of striped + wrapped candy combos without activating the bombs early in the game you will be able to beat the level easily.
