Higher Difficulty Settings

You can earn more credits and pick-up better equipment drops if you manage to complete the missions that are under the higher difficulty settings.


Opportunities

Talk to NPCs to unlock 'Opportunities' which are like side missions and give you a chance to earn Chromium which is the premium currency in this game. 'Opportunities' will only be available for a certain period of time before they dissapear so they need to be tackled as soon as possible. Once completed 'Opportunities' will cease to be visible.


Upgrade Components

The rank 1 components which are commonly found are not much use on their own, it is more beneficial to save them in order to upgrade the component. You can upgrade the component by tapping the component button at the top of the inventory menu where if you have multiples of it they can be combined along with various other materials to increase their power.


The Armoury

Keep in mind when you collect equipment that it will define your hero. Try to collect full sets of equipment so that you earn added bonuses and try to max level it so you recieve their blueprints. Keep track of what you have collected by going to the armoury.


Star Rank

When you complete missions you will be given pieces of equipment, some of these pieces will have a star rank which means when it reaches optimal level it can be upgraded. Upgrding these pieces of equipment will enhance their rarity and permit you to upgrade it more.


Dodge Roll

Although the 'Dodge Roll' ability is not much use against ranged enemies it can be effectively used to avoid attacks by melee enemies and for impending attacks when red zones appear. To perform a 'Dodge Roll' double tap anywhere to quickly evade in that direction.


Blueprints

When you level up your equipment you will receive blueprints which can be used to upgrade your crew. Upgrading your crew will enable them to take on more challenging crew missions.


Hold Out Blaster

Use the 'Hold Out Blaster' ability to fire wildly into a large cone that does damage every couple of seconds to enemies that are within the cone. This ability is particularly useful when dealing with groups of enemies. Although using this ability will drain your energy it will replenish very quickly when you shop shooting so do not be afraid to use it liberally.

Below is a list of locations in the game and where they can be found.

Anoat Sector

Located within the Outer Rim Territories of the galaxy.

Burnin Konn

A planet in the Anoat sector that served as a mining colony for chromium and other ores.

Mataou

A hot desert planet located in the Mataou system, in the Anoat sector of the Outer Rim Territories, on the edge of the Ivax Nebula.

Hoth

A remote, icy planet that was the sixth planet in the star system of the same name.

Anoat

A polluted planet located in the Anoat system of the Outer Rim Territories.

Bespin

A giant gas planet located in the vicinity of the Anoat system, in a little-visited sector of ..


Increase Strength

At the start of the game focus on upgrading your equipment so you increase your player score and enhance your total strength. Keep in mind that the rarer the element you use the more Experience your equipment will get from it.


Side Missions

One way that you can easily earn credits is to keep repeating side missions until you have the amount you need.


Unlock Factions

There are three main factions, the Trade Spine League, Rebel Alliance, and Ivax Syndicate. To unlock them you must earn their trust in Story missions.


Team Members

Keep in mind when doing missions that if your mission success rate is too low there is a possibility you will lose team members.


Abilities

You will recieve abilites from faction trainers in five categories and what you acquire will define your hero. The five caregories are Directional, Targeted, Self, Passive, and Ultimate.


Individual Missions

Always look to send out team members on individual missions to earn equipment, elements, and credits. Make sure though when selecting missions for them that you take into account their abilities and match them accordingly.
