Guess what! That is impossible as most of the naked scene actions are censored. You can see them censored-naked when they are doing activities like bathing, using the toilet, using the bath tub, at the club etc.

You can’t this isn’t the actual sims game where you can cheat and use a mod, just live with the censorship

You have to access the (secret shop) which is almost impossible then you’ll have to pay $129 American dollars to have it uncensored
