hi, I have the same problem. Sue is stuck in the pool and I can’t finish the quest. Did you find a way to get her out ?

I removed all Sims from house and then returned and she was out of pool

This just happened to me, I removed everyone and then did a 30 sec planting task, then called a cab back to the house and she was out

So, what I did was I had my sim jump in the pool with her and then get out and leave. I waited a few seconds and returned without my sum first and she swam out so I could talk to her. Then, I brought my sim back over and they were able to talk!
