How do I get quest out of the queues so I can do the quest I'm level 33
I have14 quest in the queue and I don't know how to get them out to start them can someone help thank you

So, have you completed any of your other Quests? Because if they are in queue, you haven't completed a Quest yet.

You have to finish the recent Quest.
For example I'm on my level 36 and I'm doing the Seniors Quest, I have 3 queues left. When I finish the seniors quest, I will have Bird Feeding quest and the quest in queue I have will be 2.
