If you download the new content on Sims FreePlay, will it cost money?

I need to download the new content, so I can get passed my level and my quests, but I'm afraid if I download it, I'll have to pay money, and I don't want to pay for it.

It does not cost money but it will delete your Sims that you down loaded first. So the only way to get past is to find the unlimited money one and it's free but it will deleted your previous sims
