I can't build the bridge and I'm stuck on mysterious island quest.

I've done all the goals, task and quest in order to unlock the mysterious island quest. Now I'm level 16 but it's still won't me allow to build the bridge why is that? I want to finish this quest before the time is up and get it's prize. Pls help!

If you still don't have additional content downloaded, get that downloaded it's what worked for me. P.S since you might not have additional content you can't speed it up with LP
