Sims freeplay Game Center?
How do I find and access the game center. I need to add neighbors but I can't figure out how.there is not an option for it inside the game. Please help!

Unfortunately, because of the IOS 10 update, you can no longer access the Game Center. The only way to add a neighbor is if you are Facebook friends. If you are kids and cannot get Facebook I would suggest asking your parents if you can sign into their Facebook in your Sims FreePlay and have your friend do the same. Have both parents be friends on Facebook. I hope this helped. (I really think there should be a username/password option and in the app you can add a friend through username.

Thanks for the help! I am logged into my facebook.just not very many people play. I completly agree thry should have some sort of username added.
