My Sims will not be romantic with each other, please help!

You might have to add another person then have them be romantic with someone.

Same with me!! I don't know what to do... I had this game before and I was level 19 and was married and had Children ten I started again and I can't be romantic :(

Being romantic is different than being friends. Do you have the option to Dance? If you do it is a romantic option as well as be romantic. I am not sure what level romance unlocks I believe it is early in the game but, there are so many glitches who can really say.

It's the same with my Sims. I was on level 37 and started again but now they can't be romantic. I think it is to do with the new update or something. It is quite annoying. You can still do All this on sims 3 though.

Same with me also I am level 56 I have 32 couples and 13 teens by mistake my brother restarted but I restored it then I want to make 33rd couple but there is no romantic option

Well if you have a PC it should be easy but iPad iPod electronic I don't know but on PC fill up the relationship Bar on the top and then try but if your human does not have romantic trait or hopeless romantic it will be really hard

They cannot be romantic until you complete the Quests because it becomes a Quest and they allow your Sims to begin being romantic

If you go to the Quest's you should see that it says that there are 2 Quests in queue then scroll through the quest and it says the steps you need to take to be romantic and get married and all that stuff hope this helps.

You Go down to your active Quests, click that, it will show what you have to do, on of them, depending on how many you have, it will have a square box and say 2 in queue or 3 depends on how many quests you have waiting, click that box and it will show your pending quests. In that list should be the Love Is In The Air Quest. So all you have to do is complete one quest at a time. Glad to help, and hoping this helps! ;)

Hey guys! I know how to Love Is In The Air Quest. First you must complete the first quest before money grows on tree quest, then after that you must complete the money grows on tree then after that the love is in the air quest will pop up on your screen. I hope this can help you

I am at level 7 my Sims are romantic some are starting to get married. All, you have to do is complete the Love Is In The Air. Then if that doesn't work make the sims sleep in bed together. The second idea I've heard works idk if it's true.

So I think I may have figured it out if you haven't already but I've been stuck on trying to get my Sims to flirt and be romantic and I was reading the answer to you're question and I tried what he said and it's working! Be rude to them don't complain cause it brought mine down but by being rude you're best friend thing will go up! Hopefully this works for you!

I FIGURED IT OUT!!!!!!! You have to complete all the Quests in order!!! The app will tell you what to do... I had to cook bacon and eggs, then buy a toaster, then make burgers, then invite people over... And so and so on until I completed the Cooking Quest and then grow money quest! After you finish the money quest, you start the romantic quest.It's kind of a pain, but you can fast forward the tasks that take a long time (such as 'watch a documentary') using lifestyle points! I completed the cooking quest and the money quest in 1 hour, so don't worry, it won't take forever! Just keep going and completing the tasks in the quests. Good luck!

If you constantly have them be complaining to each other they will reach the relationship stage! I had the same question and I pressed everything I could and it ended up working if they complain to each other. If you have any other questions as me!!!!!

I'm having the same problem but I'm on level 7 and can't find the Love Is In The Air Quest. Can you help me? I don't know is what to do to get to the quest.

You have to make sure all your Houses are occupied before attempting a new relationship. If you move a sim in with another to be in a relationship make sure there's another sim created in the old house. If your houses are full and you still have this problem it's because you have the max number of Sims for your Towns level and have to build more buildings in town.

I am on level 19 and you need to get to the Quest for married life to be romantic

SO I finally figured it out. I had two female Sims be bestfriend they both found their other half and got married then had babies now one of them had a girl and the other had a boy so I thought it was the perfect story line to have their kids fall inlove when they get older. When they were kids they were bestfriends/partner in crime. And when they were teens I tried making them flirt but it just didnt work they kept rejecting each other. Eventually they both became flirty and when I made them flirt with each other it worked. SO I recommend making them both flirty by taking a steamy showerr and try small by "asking a risque question" then flirt start small. Hoped this helped!

To be romantic, you have to unlock the Quest 'Love Is In The Air'. After you complete the Quests 'Bread Winner' and 'Money grows on tree's you can start the love quest.

If you complete the love Quest on the island then complete the money on the tree quest the love in the air quest becomes available

It may be cause you have not finished the Quest to get married

This will probably be no help to you anymore, but here’s an answer for any new people asking. What I had to do was abandon one of them. Make them move in so you don’t have to buy a new plot. Just look at the sim you want to get rid of in closet and remember details. Then abandon them by clicking the red no sign next to their name. Then recreate them and make their first interaction to the other sim Romance. Hope this helps. It what I did.

Hi! My Sims are doing this to but you can use those golden point thingys if your really desperate or try being romantic in a Park or a specialist work place! Hope this helps!!!
