How do you make your sim clean a neighbor's pool when none of the neighbors..

You can't it's impossible if none of your neighbours have a pool.
EA are trying to fix it.
So just don't bother trying.
Look at the EA website and see for yourself.
Hopefully it will get fixed.

Yes I am having the same problem. Hopefully EA will fix the problem soon, but if not I plan on using LP to skip the problem, as I suggest you do, too.

Here is what I did, save your game. Log out on your Sims app account. Borrow your friend's account, just log out from your Facebook app and let your friend or family log in. Go back to sims app and log in. Once you log in, save your game again and log out. Log in with your account, and go to your friends neighborhood. Since you create their game, it is like a parallel universe, and hopefully you have a pool and clean your pool from your friends account. Enjoy

I guess I'm late by just starting to play the Sims freeplay game, on my sims freeplay account, EA doesn't have anything to fix because nothing is broken. Anyway, I have friends who have pools and all I been wanting to know for the longest is how to complete the action, of how to clean out a Neighbors pool!!!?

I also have the same problem. I might just skip the darn goal.

You have to go to a Sims world and look for a sims house that has a pool it will work but I has to be durty I think that's how I passed this Mission

If you have no idea how to do it if I were you I would just skip the task with 5 LP it's the easiest thing to do if you have no idea how to add in Game Center so that's a simple answer!!!

It's still don't work

After a finishing a few Quests you will have to do the "its all going swimmingly" Quest and then after that you'll be able to build pools in homes and you can do the clean a neighbor's pool task.

Here are the main Quests in order till you get to the pool one.
1. Tutorial
2. Bread Winner– unlocks the Cooking Hobby (level 6)*
3. Money Grows On Trees– unlocks the simoleon sprout and life point lotus plants (level 7)
4. Love Is In The Air– unlocks the ability to marry your Sims (level 7)
5.Two and a Half Sims– unlocks babies (level 8)
6. Ocean View– unlocks the beach side premium Houses (level 9)
7. The Mysterious Island– unlocks the island and monunments to get bonuses on actions (level 10)
8. Raiders of the Lost Artifacts– find materials to build the monuments
9. Need for Steed– unlocks stable and Horses (level 11)*
10. A Quest for Toddlers– unlocks toddlers (level 12)
11. Going Swimmingly– unlocks the Swimming center and garden pools (level 13)
