Just would like to know what they mean by new full moon? I've gotten the 16 strikes several games, but still says not complete. Thank you

The phase of the moon can be looked up on google, or it can be seen on the information page in the pro shop for the ball called eclipse. As of today when I write this it is waxing crescent.
