Question for Hay Day

I can't use gifts catalogue to order mystery package because it mention "u already have a pending order". Why?

There might be a package waiting in front of your house that's why you can't claim your mystery packages.

Simply open the package in front of your house first to open the next one.
Note that there is also a limit of 40 to your gift cards, please use gift cards regularly so you can receive again.

Same problem here. I can’t use gifts catalogue to order mystery box. And also I don’t see any package in front of my house. It’s says pending. What should I do to make it work again. Apple’s Farm

All you should have to do is pick up the package the mailman left you from your previous order, just like when you order the mystery packages from the catalog
