I got 3 carpenters the one where if you're caught you go up and on the very bottom one by the vine and another one that is in 1 of the 2 cages where can I find the carpenter I'm missing

The fourth is notoriously difficult to find. It has been troubling people since this game first came out for N64 in 1998. You are probably missing the one in the issolated room, you need to climb up to the top of the fortress and jump down to a lone door on a ledge. Geurdo's Fortress is a maze, have fun with it.
