Where do you turn in Heart Scales?
I've found plenty Heart Scales, but I can't recollect where to turn them in. Can someone please tell me where the Heart Scale collector is?

Move Maniac in Fallarbor Town. It's the last house on the left directly after the Contest Spectacular Hall.

I know that you can give to Move Re-learner in Fallabor Town. To learn a move in your Pokemon's level up list that you either didn't let it learn or has forgotten.
