You can ask Konami Support why they removed offline league like I did, but they will reply with a copy and paste response about creating "a better experience for users" alongside other nonsense.

Theories are they removed it to force players to see the boots sponsorship in master league mode. Alternatively, in an attempt to channel everyone into online play. Whatever, it's angered a lot of fans and turned people off the game.

Chelsea and Arsenal are not licensed as per normal - but you can always edit them to your liking.
