Pokemon Crystal 3DS Cheats and Tips

Train your Pokemon more, you will be stronger and Lance will be weaker, in comparrison.

You should go catch and breed a machoke. It works in Diamond, but I'm not certain if it will work in crystal.

You should receive the SS Ticket from Professor Elm in New Bark Town after you have defeated the Elite Four. If you defeated the Elite Four, you should be able to get it from him. If he asks about the Egg, try showing him the Togepi.

If he doesn't give it to you, try defeating the Elite Four again and see if that helps. If it doesn't, I think something is wrong with your game.

Gastly is the only Ghost/Poison Pokemon you can find. It can be found in Spout Tower at night.

The Elite Four can be found in Indigo Plateau. To get there, you must head east of New Bark Town on Route 27. Keep heading east until you run into Route 26. From there, head north through Routes 26, 23, and 22 until you reach Victory Road. Make your way through Victory Road, and you'll come out near Indigo Plateau.

All of this can be done after you have all eight Johto Gym Badges.
