Take charge in defending the remainder of the human population as you fight it out with hordes of the undead in zombie Defense. A strategy game that tasks you to enlist, manage, and upgrade different recruits to defend you from the flock of flesh-hungry Zombies. This post-apocalyptic themed tower-defense game packs a total of 48 levels to beat in its normal campaign mode, with various levels of difficulties and handicaps to choose from.

Playing the part of a lieutenant, the game sets you off a basic run through of commanding your very own defense unit. In this game, you are tasked to combine the strategic use of your assets, manage your allotted resources, and apply your tactical expertise to take control of the mission and ultimately sweep off all signs of the undead in any given area. There are multitudes of units to deploy which mainly acts like the “towers” in similar tower defense games – in this game they are called “recruits”, which can be upgraded passively throughout your campaign, and within the levels themselves.

Initially, you will have to command a small defense unit as you get caught in an unexpected turmoil – limited to the mission of just surviving the level. As you perform above what is required of you and after successfully recovering portion after portion of the frontline areas, you will be given access to better infantry units, upgrade their performances, better ground support, better allotment of resources, and of course missions that will ultimately plunge you to a greater number and variety of foes, and of course, uncover the truth behind this zombie outbreak.

zombie Defense covers quite a lot of the alluring elements – famous for these types of games. Pitched in with a wonderful 3D graphics, a massive menu on the upgrades, and a ton of levels to play with – you sure will be in for a treat. Lastly, the game should also get your hands full with its various difficulty settings along with its different handicaps – which at the same time give it plenty of replay value.
