Pokemon Ultra Sun Walkthrough Tips and Updates

Last Updated:

Pokemon Ultra Sun is the second installment of the Mainstream Pokemon Games apart of 7th Generation - paired with none other than Pokemon Ultra Moon - following in the footsteps of its predecessors Pokemon Sun & Moon. The game was first announced on a special Pokemon Direct on June 6, 2017, and was released worldwide on November 17, 2017 on the Nintendo 3DS Handheld Console. A physical copy of the game will be available for purchase at any participating retailers, as well as a digital copy on the Nintendo eShop on any 3DS System.

Pokemon Ultra Sun takes place once again in The Alola Region, having more than a few aspects that remain very similar to that of Pokemon Sun & Moon. For one, the main story remains roughly ninety percent the same as before. Trainers will again travel throughout the four diffierent Islands apart of the Alola Region (now also being able to do so by the new Mantine Surf Feature) in hopes of completing the Island Challenging and becoming the first ever Alola Region Champion. Team Skull and the Aether Foundation, including all the characters and leaders of such, also make a return appearance, as well as the Supporting Characters of Hau, Professor Kukui, Lillie and Gladion.

Because so much remains the same in The Alola Region this time around, Pokemon Ultra Sun is more of an enhanced and alternate version of the original instead of a true sequel, keeping virtually the same exact plot except with a few new twists and turns. Many of the core principlaes of the game will remain the exact same as before, like Festival Plaza and Trainer Customization; however, there will also be a number of new changes. For one, the storyline is now focus around Necrozma (known as the Blinding One) and helping the Ultra Recon Squad with stopping Necrozma from ultimately stealing the light of the Alola Region. On top of this, many of the Totem Pokemon have been changed and a number of new Areas, Pokemon, Forms and Z Moves have been added. Team Rocket even makes a return in the Post Game Storyline!

We started this guide quite a long time ago, beginning by adding all of the Pre Release Information that came up until the release of the game. After Pokemon Ultra Sun hit the market, we have since continued the almost-impossible task of creating the most in-depth analysis of every single component of the game, including the most extensive Walkthrough on the internet. From even before the game was available to the end credits and even beyond, we will be covering all that constitutes Pokemon Ultra Sun in this very guide! New information will be continusously added to this guide, so don't forget to subscribe to receive all of the updates as they come!

It's time for a brand new adventure in The Alola Region, one where you must stop Necrozma from coming to the Alola Region and stealing its light! So get ready... get set... Alola!

Just wanted to add that if your having trouble getting pokedollars the best way is to rematch the elite 4. You need the amulet coin, a Pokemon that knows happy hour and the roto prize money power up, with these things you get 156k pokedollars per elite four member since all three things stack (tested it without the roto prize money power and only got 50ish k
