The Sims 2: Pets Cheats for GameCube

The 'Cheat Gnome' is activated when you are at home or on a lot by pressing L(2), R, A(2), Up. When this has been done enter one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function.
Advance Time by 6 Hours:
Activate the 'Cheat Gnome' code and press Up, Left, Down, Right, R during gameplay and the option to 'Advance time by 6 Hours' will now appear on the 'Cheat Gnome'.
Get 10,000 Additional Simoleons:
Activate the 'Cheat Gnome' code and press Up, Left, Down, Right, R during gameplay and the option to 'Advance Time by 6 Hours' will now appear on the 'Cheat Gnome'. During gameplay press B, Y, A, X, L, R if you want to add lots of Pet points to your credit.

First enter the cheat gnome (L(2), R, A(2), Up) then press Up, Left, Down, Right, R while in game play. On the gnome it will say advance time by 6 hours. Select the Cheat Gnome but do not advance time or the code will not work and if you didn't advance time cancel and press Up, Left, Down, Right, R again. Then a "Give Sim Simoleons" option should now appear.
Different opening
I got this code for waiting for the credits to end and ... so the code is A,B,Y when the EA comes up
P.s. This code took a while to find because I had to see the credits 2 time because I wasn't paying attetion for the 1st time

If you choose Tofu and Soy milk as the ingredients you can make Roast,Meatloaf and Carpaccio.
No meat What so ever

I found that if you pick your food wisely you can fill your belly. Pick out the food with the most hunger such at Lamb,potatoes,broclli,and whole wheat flour, then prepare the food first, this combination usually have the option for preparing sliced roast, pick that one and then cook it. You'll get more out of your food if you prepare it first.

These will help if you run extremely low on pet points and you can save your monry too.

Here is a great way to make easy friends, instead of making friends with the people make friends with the dogs or cats by playing with them such at tug of war with the dogs and the dangle fish with the cats. The people take longer to become friends. This is great is your wanting to have a promotion when you come home from your job.

Just talk to a sim in town square who has bought something from one of the stands, they will pt it down to talk to you, then click the item and pick it up: you can drink/eat it! Good if you need energy (coffee) but are low on pet points! Also works for stealing food you want from a sim in your house.

Okay, this cheat is really cool and helpful. Ever go poor and can't pay the bills and get more food, and have to live with crappy furniture? Not any more! Press shift and control at the same time and press the letter C. Then type in motherlode and push enter to get a million dollars! Do it as much as you want! It really works!
