The video below will show you the location of ALL 10 Virus Research Medical Encounters that can be found in the contaminated areas (from the lowest level area to the highest level area, south to north). Completing ALL encounters and their side missions is required to unlock the collectible locations on your world map. You will receive 60 supplies per encounter which can then be used to upgrade the medical wing.

The following video will show you the location of ALL 19 Dark Zone Chests that can be opened using a Dark Zone key. These chests can, since the latest patch, also drop Yellow/High-End gear and weapons so going around and opening these may actually be worth your while.

If you purchase the 'Canine Unit' in the Security Wing for 200 supplies you will be able to display ALL the collectables on the map. When you then complete ALL side missions and encounters in a specific zone you will reveal ALL the remaining intel on the map in that zone.

You can get easy Phoenix Credits by repeatedly completing the first Challenge mode mission (Lincoln Tunnel Checkpoint). This is the easist mission to complete and will earn you 30 Phoenix Credits each time and High-End gear.

It is advised that you attempt Challenge mode to get the Hardened Combatant Achievement with a full squad of 4 people and have superior or high-end items in every slot. One of the easiest missions for this is 'Lincoln Tunnel Checkpoint' which is an early mission and some enemies have only pistols. Note: there are no enemies with flamethrowers or shotguns.

When you complete the following tasks successfully you will unlock the corresponding Blueprint.

Complete Supply Drop: Penn Plaza Medical Supplies in Pennsylvania Plaza.

Blue Backpack:

Complete Rescue: Hell's Kitchen Civilians in Hell's Kitchen.

Blue Gloves:

Complete Rescue: Pvt. O'Brian Side Mission in Chelsea.

Blue Holster:

Complete Supply Drop: Gramercy Armaments mission in Gramercy.

Complete Rescue: Tenderloin Civilians in Tenderloin.

When you have reached Level 30 you will unlock Challenge mode. ALL the enemies in Challenge mode are Elite and Level 32 making it the hardest difficulty in the game.

Complete the Daily mission to get over 50 Phoenix Credits (20 for the Daily, 30 for the Challenge mode, and 1-3 for killing the Boss).

Normally you would just use the sniper rifle to inflict damage on distant enemies but if you incorpoate it with the quick-shot action it can become effective as a close quarter weapon which you can substitute for any shotgun, the Desert Eagle, and the Elephant Killer when ammo is scarce for those weapons.

The easiest way to eliminate Gassar's is to aim for their head and keep shooting until it kneels. Then shoot again to finish it off. Gassars can turn humans into zombies so you need to make sure you kill them as quickly as possible.
