The slide move can be used to 'phase' through enemies, if you find yourself trapped against a wall with nowhere to go take advantage of this ability to escape.

A good tactic when running around is to always queue up a charged slash as you never know when you are going to need it.

You will be given the ability to deflect bullets after you have defeated one of the game's early bosses. To deflect bullets press X just as it is about to hit you. After getting the upgrade there is a tutorial that forces you to use the deflect bullets ability to progress. You will get six enemy kills on this tutorial, you only need four to complete the Achievement.

To earn this Achievement you have to defeat the games second boss, Pei Pooh. This boss is the eldest sister of the bounty hunter and assassin trio known as the Kuniang Team/Four Winds. The video below will show you how this is done.

Once you have the upgrade to charge your Cypher attacks you will come to a Novo gate that will not open. If you stand next to the Novo switch that is beside the gate and hold X down to charge your Cyper. If you release X when the Cypher is charged you will be able to use it to power up the Novo and open the gate.
