Run towards a runnable surface and and press 'Forawrd' to automatically begin wall running. There are no weapon restrictions while wall running.

When you see a wall(building, outside wall etc) Run toward the wall and double tab A(give you boost up to attach to the wall) the character will pretty much just stick to the wall, but you have to keep moving. You can fall off. You can also, aim and shoot while wall running.
