Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes Xbox One Cheats and Tips

When you complete ALL the missions on the Hard difficulty setting a remix track from 'Zone of the Enders: The Second Runner' can be unlocked for use in the music player.

When you have collected ALL 9 of the XOF patches in the 'Ground Zeroes' mission and have successfully completed the mission a special Extra Op mission will become unlocked. This mission is exclusive to the Xbox 360 and Xbox One versions of the game.

In the Jamais Vu Extra Op there is a Sniper Rifle on the tower where you find the Snatcher using the 'Kojima Productions' searchlight. Extra ammo for this weapon can be found at the storehouse inside the Admin building on the west side.

Complete the following tasks to be able to use the corresponding skins when playing the Deja Vu mission (Requires Update).

Classic Gray Fox Skin:

Recreate each photo in Deja Vu mode on Hard mode, and answer each MGS Trivia question correct.

Classic Snake Skin:

Recreate each photo in Deja Vu mode on Normal mode, and answer each MGS Trivia question correct.

In total there are 17 Cassette Tape Locations and fnding them ALL will earn you the 'Information' Achievement. Only 12 Cassette Tapes need to be picked up manually. The other 5 will unlock automatically while you do this. Some can be picked up just like the XOF Unit Patches and others are a reward for rescuing certain prisoners, interrogating enemies or simply beating a mission with any rank. You also have to beat ALL missions (including the console specific extra op) on the Hard difficulty setting to unlock one of the tapes. The Hard difficulty setting becomes available when you have beaten a mission for the first time. The Extra Op mission becomes unlocked when you find ALL the XOF Unit Patches.

To get the Broughton Model 2000 Sniper Rifle, Detachable-Magazine you must earn an 'A' rank. This weapon is a large caliber rifle with a three-step variable magnification scope. The video below will show you how to get this sniper rifle quickly.

When you complete the Jamais Vu Extra Op on the Hard difficulty setting the green Commander Armour for Raiden will become unlocked. The green-colour serves no purpose other than a colour swap.

Collect ALL 9 XOF patches to unlock the Xbox-exclusive Jamais Vu Extra Op. In the James Vu Extra Op players will take on the role of Raiden, the mercenary-turned-cyborg-ninja from Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.

Raiden White Armour:

Beat Jamais Vu on the Normal difficulty setting.

Raiden Commando Armour:

Beat Jamais Vu on the Hard difficulty setting.

Complete the Jamais Vu Extra Op on the Normal difficulty setting to unlock the White Armour for Raiden. The white-colour serves no purpose other than a colour swap.

Complete the following tasks to unlock the corresponding Side Ops mission.

Deja Vu Mission (Requires Patch):

Find ALL 9 XOF Patches in the Ground Zeroes mission.

Jamais Vu Mission:

Find ALL 9 XOF Patches in the Ground Zeroes mission.

Completing a mission will unlock the Hard difficulty setting for that specific mission.

The following video will show you the locations of ALL 9 unit patches. When you have obtained a collectible you need to reach the next checkpoint to save the progress. If you die before saving the game, you will have to collect it again.
