golddust is unlocked by being cody roads and getting the intercontinental belt in universe HBK downloadable rock you dont need to pre order i have the papaer thing from when it was in walmart (but then again i got it the first day it came out) and you can get stone cold by defending the wwe championship in universe mode

If you do the road to wrestlemania and complete all of the storys. you unlock most of the people NOT ALL but most. this is for people that have the wii. I know because I did it.
