Unlock Mission Select
When you have completed the game on any difficulty setting the 'Mission Select' option which allows you to select the mission of your choice will become enabled. If this option is enabled you will be unable to earn the Madman, Humanitarian, Mercenary, Veteran, Sleuth and Combined Assault Achievements .
