When you have completed the game once the following modes will become available options.
Unlock Femme Fatal (Ultra-Hard) Mode:
Complete the game once.
Unlock Golden Bullets (One Hit Kills) Mode:
Complete the game once.
When you have beaten the game on any difficulty setting and viewed the credits the following modes will become available options under Challenge mode.
Unlock Boneyard Challenges:
Beat the game.
Unlock Points Count:
Beat the game.
In chapter 10 once Rubi kills Torturer She will be in a room all 5 Monkey toys are in here go into a room on the right where 3 monkey toys are all together then just climb up the ledges and eventually you will see another one 4 down one to go just go where you are meant to go and turn left when you hear the monkey very close by, jump across and get him "achievement unlocked"

In chapter 5 there is an arena based rage mode battle simply do not break the skull icons and just keep hacking away at your enemies until this once hard achievement pops up, as long as those icons arent broken you can keep on killing.
