Unlock Super Strength:
Beat the game on the Easy difficulty setting.
Unlock Dead with One Hit with Double Money:
Beat the game on the Hard difficulty setting.
Unlimited Ammunition:
Beat the game on the Expert difficulty setting.
This feature becomes an available option when you beat the game on the Normal difficulty setting.
