These are unlocked when you have reached Stage 7 of the game and certain tasks have been completed. Listed below are the requirements.

Unlock Wei Stage:

In under 1 minute defeat the defected Da Ji.

Unlock Shu Stage:

In under 2 minutes escape from the burning castle (friendly officers included).

Unlock Wu Stage:

In Under 3 minutes rescue the Sun family.

Unlock Sengoku Stage:

Get 1,000 KO.
