Closing Statements I. The Achievements ------------------- Rock Band currently has 50 Achievements worth a total of 1000 Gamerscore points. I have included the easiest songs for certain achievements as well as added the Downloadable Content songs as well. A. Breakthrough Act - Unlocked a Big Club in Solo Tour on Easy, Medium, Hard or Expert 10G - Finish the second tier of songs in solo career, any difficulty B. Hot Artist - Unlocked a Theater in Solo Tour on Easy, Medium, Hard or Expert 10G - Finish the fourth tier of songs in solo career, any difficulty C. Top Artist - Unlocked an Arena in Solo Tour on Medium, Hard or Expert 10G - Finish the sixth tier of songs in solo career, any difficulty D. String Shredder - Finished Guitar Solo Tour on Easy 20G E. Fret Ripper - Finished Guitar Solo Tour on Medium 30G F. Axe Assassin - Finished Guitar Solo Tour on Hard 40G G. Lord of the Strings - Finished Guitar Solo Tour on Expert 50G - Alright, these are stackable achievements, meaning, if you complete the game on a harder difficulty, it will unlock the lower difficulties as well. This game is no where near as hard as Guitar Hero 3, so for veteran players of that, you'll breeze these guitar acheivements. - I guess the real key is to practice, pratice, pratice. No real tips other than that. - Tips from soldat329x are Hammer-Ons/Pull-Offs- These are noted differently in Rock Band than the Guitar Hero series. In Rock Band, a hammerable note consists of a large note, followed by a noticeably smaller note. The smaller note, needs not to be strummed, only pressed as it crosses the bar. - Fender Controller- If you are lucky and have a working Fender controller, you will notice that sometimes when playing the scrolling fretboard glows blue and a percentage comes up. That means you have entered a solo. On the Fender controller only, you can use the lower set of fret buttons during this time and can finger tap your way through the section without strumming. Just press the button as the note scrolls over the bar. - Timing Window - The timing window for Rock Band is a mix between Guitar Hero I and Guitar Hero II in my opinion. It is insanely tight. This means that you have about 3/4 of a second in any direction to hit the note as it crosses the bar. If you understand this concept, solos will come a little easier to you. H. Rhythm Rocker - Finish Drum Solo Tour on easy 20G I. Groove Technician - Finish Drum Solo Tour on medium 30G J. Heavy Hitter - Finish Drum Solo Tour on Hard 40G K. AN-I-MAL!!! - Finish Drum Solo Tour on Expert 50G - These drum achievements are also stackable. - This is the hardest achievement in the game, go through the tutorials, since this is a new idea. If you are really having problems, you can always have a friend do the bass pedal for you while you concentrate on the four drum pads. L. Howler - Finish Vocal Solo Tour on easy 20G M. Screamer - Finish Vocal Solo Tour on medium 30G N. Crooner - Finish Vocal Solo Tour on hard 40G O. Virtuoso - Finish Vocal Solo Tour on expert 50G - The vocal achievements are stackable as well. - The best thing I can say is to learn the songs, it will make the songs a lot easier to complete. Now, there is a trick where you can hum into the mic. If you hum the sounds and rhythm of the song, it should go through smoothly. There is a youtube video about it. http://youtube.com/watch?v=whJKXfD1M4k - Another tip is to learn the games pitches, you can also learn the songs by putting them on cd or your ipod, this will help big time. P. Got Wheels - Unlock the Van in Band World Tour 20G - This is random, but you will get it by playing gigs, so yeah. Q. Open Road - Unlock the Bus in Band World Tour 20G - This is the same with the Van but it will be a bus instead. R. Jet Setter - Unlock the Jet in Band World Tour 20G - Same as above but will be a Jet this time. S. One Million Fans - Reach 1,000,000 fans 10G - You will get this eventually if you keep playing. - The number of fans you get is set on this Easy - 49,005, Medium - 260,000, Hard - 600,000, Expert - Unlimited - It will only adjust with the person on the lowest difficulty, so if you have everyone playing on expert and one on easy, it goes with easy. T. Hall of Fame Inductee - Finish the Hall of Fame Induction in Band World Tour 100G - This shows up as an invite right after you get your PR Firm. It is located in Moscow and will be noted with a gold record. It is an 8 song set - (Don't Fear) The Reaper, Highway Star, Tom Sawyer, Flirtin' With Disaster, Enter Sandman, Foreplay/Long Time, Run to the Hills, and Wont Get Fooled Again. U. Vinyl Artist - Finish the Endless Setlist in Band World Tour on Medium 10G V. Gold Artist - Finish the Endless Setlist in Band World Tour on Hard 20G W. Platinum Artist - Finish the Endless Setlist in Band World Tour on Expert 25G - wow, 25 points for 58 songs. After you complete Hall of Fame inductee, this is unlocked, this is all 58 songs on the disc, even bonus tracks. It will take about 5 hours to do, you can not quit or you will have to start over. You can pause if you need a break. You will need at least two people to do it. The endless setlist is unlocked after completing Hall of Fame Inductee in Moscow. X. Big In London - Finish the last remaining gig in London 10G - Each venue in a city must have a check mark by it. This signifies that it has been complete. When all the venues in a city have a checkmark, the achievement will unlock. The venues are what you see after you select a city. The sets are what show up after you select a venue. To be complete the sets do not have to have maximum star ratings, only need to be complete. This is the same with all the Venues. Y. Big In Paris - Finish the last remaining gig in Paris 10G Z. It goes by how well you do, there is a meter and tugs back and forth. Just win 20 of these matches. AP.Tug Of War Streak - Win 5 Tug of War ranked matches in a row 20G - Same as above, except win 5 in a row. AQ.Score Duel Champ - Win 20 Score Duel Ranked Matches 30G - This is played who has the most points at the end. Must have Xbox Live Gold. Select Multiplayer, Select Score Duel, then Ranked. Play and do your best, on your 20th win This will unlock. AR.Score Duel Streak - Win 5 Score Duel Ranked Matches in a row 20G - Same as above except win 5 in a row. AS.Killer Performance - Five Star a song on Easy, Medium, Hard or Expert 10G - Do your best on the song, you can see how many stars you have on the right upper side of the screen. Just finish the song with five and the achievement is yours. AT.Flawless Groove - Score 100% notes hit as bassist, up-strums only, on Expert 10G - These are the easiest songs to 100 percent on Bass on Expert -I think I'm paranoid -Should I stay or should I go? -Here we go again Downloadable content Wise -Charlene by Steven and The Colberts - It's free and easy AU.Flawless Drumming - Score 100% notes hit as a drummer on Expert 10G - Easiest songs to 100 percent on Drums on Expert -Wanted Dead or Alive -I think I'm paranoid Downloadable Content Wise -Silver by The Pixies -Charlene by Steven And the Colberts - Its easy but not as easy as Silver AV.Flawless Fretwork - Score 100% notes hit as a guitarist on Expert 10G - Easiest songs to 100 percent on Guitar on Expert -I think I'm paranoid -Should I stay or Should I go -Mississippi Queen Downloadable Content wise -Charlene by Steven and the Colberts - It is free and only a minute and thiry seconds long and really easy. AW.Flawless Singing - Score a 100% rating as a vocalist on Expert 10G - Easiest songs to 100 percent on Vocals on Expert -Blitzkrieg Bop -Sabotage -Paranoid - just about the whole song is the same pitch. Downloadable Content wise -Debaser by the Pixies is the easiest. -Clouds Over California by Devildriver is easy as well but not as easy as Debaser. AX.Riding On Coattails - Play with a "Platinum Artist" - You can do this online, simply play with someone that has finished the Endless Setlist on Expert. Can be done online in band quickplay or tug of war/score duel. II.
