Welcome to the NBA 2K12 Jersey Guide! This started out as a personal project to
document all of the cool ABA throwbacks in this excellent game, but as the
guide started to expand I figured it might be a good idea to share this info
with anyone who is interested. I hope you find it useful.
The plan is to eventually expand with information on the 200+ jerseys found in
NBA 2K12, adding historical info where it is relevant. I'm still in the process
of noting which jerseys are hidden, such as Miami's Back In Black jerseys, the
Raptors' Military Night jerseys and the numerous Christmas jerseys (all of
which have been leaked through hex edits). As of this writing, these jerseys
have not been made available to the public and as such, are not listed here.

What is the ABA? The ABA is the American Basketball Association, a pro league
that ran from 1967 through 1976 and fostered such future NBA legends as George
Gervin and Julius Erving. The league's influence on the NBA is undeniable, and
it's great to see fitting tribute paid in NBA 2K12.
Four modern-day NBA teams got their start in the ABA: Denver Nuggets, Indiana
Pacers, San Antonio Spurs and New Jersey (New York) Nets.

Let's say you want to cut right to the chase and check out all of the classic
ABA throwbacks, or maybe even host an old-school ABA game (be sure to use the
"payrespect" code for the ABA b-ball!). Here are the jerseys that will get you
started:
