Hey, I'm Hunter Webb. This guide is the second post on GameFAQS.com after the
Transformers: The Game guide. If you have any questions regarding my guide

Anyways, I will be happy to answer most of your questions.

B.  INTRODUCTION
===============================================================================
Galaga is a very popular Arcade Game that features creatures from outer-space
as your enemies. You are a human fighter that must venture through what seems 
like endless levels to kill them all. Namco originally developed this game as
an arcade game but it eventually became modified to fit into the technology 
used today. Some of the Achievements are relatively frustrating but overall,
the game is super easy to achieve all 200 points on. My guide should help you 
achieve all 200 points pretty fast.

C.  ACHIEVEMENTS
===============================================================================
NOTE: Achievements are obtained after getting a GAME OVER. If you "get" the 
Achievement then return to the Main Menu, you need to re-do it and "get" the
Achievement again. But wait this time.

1. Stingray (25 Points)
Find the Stingray during battle!

This Achievement will automatically unlock as you kill your way to Stage 31.
You do NOT need to kill the Stingray for this Achievement to unlock.

2. Scorpion (15 Points)
Find the Scorpion during battle! 

This Achievement will automatically unlock as you kill your way to Stage 31.
You do NOT need to kill the Scorpion for this Achievement to unlock.

3. Dual Fighter (5 Points)
Form a Dual Fighter!

This one should be obtained on Stage 1 as it is the easiest and you do not need
to worry as much. Watch for the green fighters (Turns blue-violet when shot 
once). When it comes down towards you, it should send down a tractor beam which
you need to go in to. You will lose a life but it is worth it. Now, wait for 
the fighter to come back towards you (Swarm) with your ship behind it. Kill the
green/blue-violet fighter without hitting your ship and you will automatically 
get the second fighter. But BEWARE because during the 5 seconds that the 
fighter comes down to join you, you could be shot or ran into which will only 
leave you with one fighter.

4. Enemy Fighter (5 Points)
Shoot down a red captured Fighter!

Try this one on Stage 1 as well. But this time, instead of aiming at the enemy 
fighter, shoot your own captured fighter (I know, sounds crazy right?). If your
fighter blows up, you have succeeded.

5. Perfect Bonus (15 Points)
Shoot down all enemies in a Challenging Stage!

This could be the hardest Achievement to get in Galaga. Try this on Stage 2 
after you have gotten the Dual Fighter in Stage 1. The best way to get this is
to just stay in the center. Hold down the "Rapid Shot" button and hopefully 
you should get all 40 enemies. Now, sometimes you will only miss 1 or 2 so 
just try again. You could get this in only 3 tries.

6. Dragonfly (10 Points)
Find the Dragonfly during battle!

This Achievement will automatically unlock as you kill your way to Stage 31.
You do NOT need to kill the Dragonfly for this Achievement to unlock.

7. Mosquito (20 Points)
Find the Mosquito during battle!

This Achievement will automatically unlock as you kill your way to Stage 31.
You do NOT need to kill the Mosquito for this Achievement to unlock.

8. Galboss (30 Points)
Find the Galboss during battle!

This Achievement will automatically unlock as you kill your way to Stage 31.
You do NOT need to kill the Galboss for this Achievement to unlock.

9. Blue Spaceship (30 Points)
Find the Blue Spaceship during battle!

This is the last enemy Achievement that will automatically unlock as you kill
your way to Stage 31. I'm pretty sure you find this enemy on Stage 31. You do
not necessarily need to kill this enemy to get the Achievement but Stage 31 is
a Challenging Stage and the Blue Spaceship is the only enemy on that Stage.

10. Stage 10 (5 Points)
Play up to Stage 10!

This Achievement will become immanent to unlock as you enter Stage 10.

Play up to Stage 20!

This Achievement will become immanent to unlock as you enter Stage 20.

12. Stage 30 (30 Points)
Play up to Stage 30!

This Achievement will become immanent to unlock as you enter Stage 30.

D.  CONCLUSION

This section officially concludes my Achievement Guide for Galaga. I understand
that I kind of had to go sophisticated to explain some of the Achievements but
they were somewhat difficult to explain as they had several steps to them. All 
I can say is that I tried my hardest to make them follow-able. If you have any
complaints whatsoever regarding some of the Achievements I explained then 
please feel free to message me and I will listen to what you have to say.
