Step 1. Create a fighter in Create-A-Fighter mode (skip this step and move on to Step 2 if you already have a custom fighter).

Step 2. Load the fighter in Create-A-Fighter, preview the fighter (Y button), then toggle his stats on, then off (X button).

Step 3. Go to your fighter's customization menu and then to the menu where you distribute skill points. You should have already used up all your skill points when you first created the fighter, but now you should have another 3,024 skill points to distribute! Distribute the points, then select "Finish" at the main customization menu. Your fighter should save and be ready to go.

Step 4. Repeat this trick until all your skills are maxed out at 100.

Note: Your Strength, Cardio, and Speed attribute points will not replenish, only skill points do. Also, this trick does not work in Career Mode.

Go to create a fighter, Create your guy and pick your abilitiesand put the attribute and fighter skills on the guy. Then press finish when your all done. Take the picture. After you return to the main screen go back to create a figher and press load fighter. Then the fighter you want to do the cheat with press the Y button to preview the guy when it's on the loading screen tap X as fast as you can and when it done loading press A on your guy and go to fighter skills and you get the 3024 points all over again. Keep on repeating this until your guy has 100 for every stat. This will take around 20 minutes to do to get to 100 everything but it is worth it.
