To get this achievement, you are supposed to complete a level without firing a weapon. To do so most easily, unlock the very best gun emplacements and play the Beach level in Europe. Your emplacements should now be good enough to win you the scenario without the need for your own intervention.

To get gold medals, you have to either defeat a boss within a specified amount of time (Europe: 40 secs, Africa: 135 secs, Pacific: 320 secs) or have defended well enough that at least 80 percent of your target's health remains at the end.
