Making potions is an easy way to lose weight to avoid being over-encumbered.
Well, if you're tired of somewhat low stats here're a couple ways to power level.
Heavy/Light Armor, Block (Possibly Armorer): Make sure you have a spell that won't do any damage to a target but will provoke them. (Drain Mercantile one point) Travel to Anvil and find Arvena Thelas's house, (The woman you deal with during your first Anvil Fighters Guild quest) and go into her basement. You'll find four rats, equip the catagory of armor you wishto level up and attack the rats with your somewhat-useless spell. The rats will attack you dealing minimal damage and your armor skill will increase. You can also block the attacks of the rats raising your block skill as well, be sure to repair your armor to raise armorer.
Blade/Blunt, Marksman, Destruction, Hand-to-Hand (Possibly Armorer): You can have either DLC 'Vile Lair' or the 'Fighter's Stronghold' but it works best if you have both. With Fighters Stronghold buy the 'Training Room' upgrade and meet your new sparing partner Shagrol gro-Uzug. Pickpocket both of his sparing weapons and ask him to spar, use his weapons against him so he takes no damage and you can repeatedly attack him raising your skills. Now, if you have Vile Lair, purchase the 'Cattle Cell' and meet your new meatsack. Repeatedly attack, he is considered essential, so he cannot die, but he is also locked in eternal slumber therefore will not ever move. If using normal weapons they will degrade allowing you repair them for armorer, you also could use the sparing weapons from Battlehorn Castle which will not degrade. Or you could use a bow or destruction spells against him.
Destruction (Without DLC): You must either have the DLC pack 'Wizard's Tower' or be atleast an Apprentice in the Mages Guild. Find an Alter of Spellmaking and create a custom spell with mild effect on self. (As an example I used Weakness to Poison, one percent, for one second on self.) Repeatedly cast to raise destruction skill.
Conjuration: Go to Imperial City and seek out 'Edgar's Discount Spells' in the Market District. He will have the spell 'Bound Dagger' for sale (As well other spells you need for power leveling other magic skills), buy it and you could either find an Alter of Spellmaking and make a custom spell for 'Bound Dagger, one second on self' which will use much less magicka and basicly automaticly sheathe you weapon upon casting. Or repeatedly cast and sheathe Bound Dagger.
Alteration: Well, if you haven't left Edgar's yet you might as well buy the spell 'Protect' as well, or you might already have it if you picked alteration as one of your major skills. Repeatedly cast or make custon spell of 'Shield, one percent, one second on self'
Illusion: Edgar also sells 'Starlight' which repeated casting will raise your illusion much aster than other spells. Same as conjuration, if you chose illusion as a starting major skill starlight will be available to you automaticly.
Mysticism: Not suprisingly, Edgar sells the base for power leveling mysticism as well: 'Minor Life Detection' As always you can make your own custom spell for one second on self which costs less magicka or use the base spell.
Restoration: You can always stick with Edgar and buy 'Fortify Fatigue' or seek out Avrus Adas in Leyawiin's Great Chapel of Zenithar and buy 'Minor Respite' which has less of a magicka cost allowing less waiting.
Alchemy: Find a farm, (more than one is suggested) harvest all it's ingredents, more than likely most of the vegetables you pick will have a 'Restore Fatigue' affect. Make all the restore fatigue potions you can, sell them for just that much more money.
Sneak: Go to any inn with an upper floor that isn't connected by a doorway leading to another area, pick the lock on one of the rooms or simply buy a room for the night, close the door and move while sneaking in a corner. If done successfuly your sneak skill will increase nominally every minute or so, you can tape the stick in one direction and your character will keep moving until your sneak skill reachs it's next level (Journeyman, Expert, etc.) or your controller turns off. Check back ever fifteen minutes and move your controller slightly and press 'A' incase your level in sneak increased.
Speechcraft: Play the mini-game without actually trying to win. So merely find out what pisses them off and get them as mad at you as possible. This will still count as leveling up speechcraft but you won't have to exit via too high disposition.
Go to any gate of oblivion then close it, take the enchanted item. Select it in your inventory and enchant armor. I used one on an ebony curiass and it gave it 125 Feather points. (The stones collected from the gates really help)
To easy level your alchemy I would suggest saving all food stolen and try to on your quests pick up a few food items then store at your house. Then at your house take out all your food and use your mortar and pestle, calcinator, retort or alembic to combine ingredients. Your level will sky rocket and if you become a master and use 1 ingredient then youll be able to make tons of potions that are worth at least 40/50 coins. Sell them to an alchemist/fence and gain lots of money

The best way to find the Nirnroot and complete the quest whith sinderion, you should go to imperial city and march along the eadge of the water (near all the rocks) and you will find some. Wait a couple of days then get back there and find more!
Go to chorrol to the book store. There is a magic lightning scroll there buy it and duplicat it. Then face umbra cast it 2 times and she dies. It is on touch so you got to be close so also pack alot of healing potions if needed
First, join the mages guild by going to any main city other than Imperial city. After you get the guild key, go to the arcane university, south-east of the Imperial city. Walk into the arch mage lobby, and to your left should be a case with Three soul gems in it. Duplicate your lock picks and unlock it. (It is very hard so make alot) Once you get it open take all of them. Two will have grand souls in them. Duplicate as many as you want for selling or enchanting at the altars if you have access.
When you get a vampire cure count hassildor wait 5 to 6 days and then ask the girl in the skingrad castle wait for the count then click on reward and just keep click on it as lonng as you want
After sucessfully navigating your way through the imperial sewers to reach valen dreths cell (be careful of guards and it's best to use invisibility potions to avoid running into them) hide behind the secret wall in your cell (where you escaped at the start) you should hear a guards vocie talking to valen dreth wait 1 hour (or if you can't as your a vampire just wait normally it doesn't take too long) go out of your cell open the gates (after waiting for the guard to dissapear) there will not be any more guards. Go left and on the end table is two keys take them both, go up to valen dreth you can talk to him if you want he will shout "guards guards" (no gaurds have ever came to him when I've done it but then again I haven't hung around after killing him) open the gate with the key and kill him then go right up the stairs( I use invisibility just a a precaution) then using the second key from the table unlock the top door after going in guards don't attack you now go right outside then fast travel back to cheydinhal to vicente valtiera to recieve the scale of pitilus justice (assuming you didn't kill any guards on the way there). Hope this helps!
If you buy rosethorn hall house you may buy a servant for $150 and if you buy a kitchen they cook you and give you free drinks! Use this wisely.!!!
When you progress to a certain quest in the main storyline called 'Blood of the Daedra', Martin requires you to give him a daedric artifact and warns you that this will remove the artifact from the face of Tamriel. Now if you are a collector and want to have one of every item in the game, then there is a simple way to get around this. There are 4 Daedric items which can actually be cloned unlike the others, these items are the Ring of Namira, Azura's Star, Wabbajack and the Ring of Kahjiiti. Using a duplication glitch clone one of the above mentioned items and you will be able to have all daedric artifacts still in your posession after this quest.
If you are trying to level up your armorer and/or destruction, go to the arcane university and create a spell of disinegrate armor. Cast this until your armor breaks, then get a repair hammer and just fix it. Keep doing this to get to very high levels. Note: It helps if you keep the cost of the spell a low amount of magicka as you can repetively cast it. Also, using a cloning glitch on a repair hammer can make this tactic quite effective as you never run out of repair hammers.
There is a hidden path in the private chamber, the final set of pillars, behind it is a journal that tells about some Necromancer and a Lord named Kain, it says that the two were locked away behind a door behind the training room There is a hidden doorway behind the target, open it by activating the candle on the right, you will have to activate another pillar doorway to get to the undead guests, kill Kain to get the Dragonslayer, and kill the lytch like being (don't remember the name) there will be a note and a key to a chest that is submerged in the water on the lytch, I would use an enchanted weapon for this.
the best way to get the best armor for less money is to take the armor from the people youve killed.
with a bow and arrow, aim (but dont shoot) then pull up your items menu, then select the type of arrow (best if its the type you have more of), then select the item you want to duplicate, then exit the menu ( make sure you are still aiming) then shoot and the item you selected in the menu will be shot out as well as your arrow (depending on the # of arrows you have will determine the amount of items was duplicated)
First, this may require a few health potions, healing magic, and that you are wearing heavy armor at all times.
Go to a fighting guild hall (Preferably one with lots of people in it.) Pull out your weapon and attack someone within the guild. Holster your weapon and go run into a corner. Everyone in the guild will come to attack you. Just sit in the corner and take the pain until you reach your desired Heavy Armor level which may take some time. You may yield to your attackers at any time to end the fight. However if the authorities get involved, you may need to pay a fine.
Don't worry, the fine should be low if you only struck the guild member once. (The fine should be atleast 40 gold or more.)
This is a really cool thing but I reccomend that you have lots of grand soul gems.
Firts get a really good weapon and go to the enchanting station and enchant the weapon with an grand soul gem and have it put on as drain health for max damage no bonus time and no area damage and it is awsome I did that with my madness longsword and I made it drain 61 points of health(put in mind that I used a gem with 800 power so it's not that great as a 1600 gem) I did that with a fine iron long and I made it drain health 90 and area 2 for 2 seconds it was wicked.
If you need to get your stats up quickly heres a good tip here is what you need:
Gold(about 2000 maybe)
Soul gems(6 of them better if they are full grand soul gems)
Access to and enchanting station(quicker if you are arch mage)
Heres what you do now go to the enchanting station and enchannt your armour to what skill you want.
E.G: if you can't carry lots of stuff enchant all of your armour to boost strength or if you want to boost speed do the same with speed
Me I did this with my full madness armour and except my helm and shield I used a matrix.
No joke here but me and my brother where exploring ...

For all you stealthy people out there...
If your favorite skill is stealth, then my discovery will aid you greatly. It just so happens I found a ring of invisibility. If I remember correctly, I found it in the Oblivion Gate outside of Cheydinhal. On a daedra. When you go in the Gate, make sure you leave no stone unturned when you ascend the tower inside the gate. It won't be easy to spot the daedra wearing it(obivously). You can then hotkey the ring, and turn it on, and off whenever you want. It tis' pretty awesome, and is VERY helpful when sneaking about. (The ring has a chameleon skill of 25%, making you invisible, and lasts until you take it off.)
Happy sneaking. - The Prodigy
