For boy twins or triplets, eat 3 apples and use fertility treatment for more luck. For girl twins or triplets, eat 3 watermelons and use fertility treatment for them as well. You may need to watch Kids Television and read pregnancy books. Also, your Sims may have cravings and the Father must read the pregnancy books. Use as much decorative furniture as you can possibly find, but be careful of the fire meter! After the birth of your baby/babies, take them home (or if you have given birth to your baby/babies at home) and put them in their new room/rooms. Basically simple.
